Nemanja Matic believes Cesc Fabregas can inspire Chelsea to the Premier League title this season.


The Blues spent €37 million to acquire the Spain international from Barcelona earlier this summer, the former Arsenal captain having scored 13 goals in all competitions last season.

And Matic believes Fabregas could prove to be the final piece in Jose Mourinho's jigsaw as the club look to improve on last season's third-place finish.
